Ken House is a retired healthcare administrator with Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics and North Memorial Medical Center, Robbinsdale, where he specialized in social services and regulatory compliance. He served as a squad leader in the Vietnam war and is the former Post 10818 Quartermaster. Since the inception of the Freedom Park Center project, he has led the coordination of the construction efforts with the City of New Richmond, contractors and the Department of Defense (DOD), and overseen the fundraising efforts. He is primarily responsible for securing the DOD Innovative Readiness Training contribution to the project.
