Post 10818 is managed by a team of elected officers. All the active members of the Post take part in volunteer activities. A Leadership Team, including current and past officers, together with community volunteers and local contractors, manages the Freedom Park Center project.
Matt Fall is a Command Sergeant Major in the Army Reserve, with the 3-335th Training Support Battalion. He is also a Division Sales Manager with County Materials Corporation, which distributes building materials in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He was the principal liaison with the Department of Defense for the IRT commitment, and helps coordinate the project with local contracting firms.
Jeff Rusinko recently retired from a career as a project manager and designer for Minnesota-based Horwitz Mechanical Contractors. He is currently Senior Vice Commander of Post 20181. He was a 25-year career naval officer and served in post-war refugee operations in Vietnam, in the first Gulf War and was deployed in the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian Oceans and the Mediterranean. For Freedom Park Center, he helps coordinate the work of the partner contracting firms and the fundraising efforts.
